Firearms Return Policy (Tikka T3x Rifles)

The rules governing the return of firearms are more stringent than those governing regular consumer products because of federal, state, and local requirements.

Inspection at Your FFL

Once your selected Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) receives your Tikka T3x, do not finish the transfer (Form 4473) until you have given the rifle a full inspection. * Verify the action smoothness of the Tikka T3x bolt.

Check the stock condition and barrel finish.

Make sure the model and caliber precisely match what you ordered.

If you discover a manufacturer defect or shipping damage PRIOR to the transfer

Don’t take the rifle.

Give the FFL the Tikka T3x.

Post-Transfer Returns

The Tikka T3x is regarded as a used firearm once it has been registered in your name. Once a firearm has left the FFL premises, we will never accept a return. The rifle is covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee if a technical problem is found after you have brought it home and fired it (Sako/Tikka). We will be happy to help you get in touch with the manufacturer to start a warranty repair.

Returns for Tikka T3x Accessories and Optics

We have a large selection of specialty equipment, such as modular pistol grips and 20 MOA rails, that are intended to improve your Tikka T3x experience.

30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return policy starting on the date of delivery for non-firearm items (optics, rings, stocks, and equipment). To qualify for a complete reimbursement:

The item needs to be brand-new and unused.

The product needs to be in its original packing, complete with mounting hardware and all instructions.

It must not have been installed or mounted. (For instance, scope rings cannot be returned as new after being torqued onto a Tikka T3x rail.)

 

Restocking Fees

Items returned that are not malfunctioning but have been opened may be subject to a 15% restocking fee in order to maintain our prices competitive for the Tikka T3x community. This includes the reduced value of “open box” equipment as well as the expense of inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances in order to protect our customers’ safety:

Ammunition: All sales of ammunition are final due to safety and chemical stability considerations.

Powder, primers, and explosives are hazardous goods that cannot be returned.

unique-Ordered Tikka T3x Parts: Unless they are defective, these sales are final if we specifically ordered a rare caliber or a unique chassis for your Tikka T3x.

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
